The President Hotel, Cape Town

Featuring an infinity pool, President Hotel has a terrace bar with panoramic views of Lion’s Head Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. A 3-minute walk from Queen’s Beach, it serves a full English breakfast. Guest rooms are air-conditioned and contemporary in style. All rooms have a flat screen TV, semi self catering kitchenettes with tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge and a microwave. The Island Restaurant offers a buffet and a la carte menu options, in a casual setting. The Senate Bar offers cocktails and other drinks. Hop-on, hop-off bus tickets can be bought at the travel desk and there is a stop right outside the hotel. Protea Loftus Park Pretoria

Set in Pretoria, 1.2 mi from University of Pretoria, Protea Hotel by Marriott Pretoria Loftus Park has an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this smoke-free property also provides guests with a restaurant. The property is nonsmoking throughout and is located 1.4 mi from Union Buildings.
